Prv\u00e9 exempl\u00e1re sa pestovali v z\u00e1hrade franti\u0161k\u00e1nskeho kl\u00e1\u0161tora v Szegede. V ju\u017enej \u010dasti Ve\u013ekej n\u00ed\u017einy sa paprika spo\u010diatku mlela najm\u00e4 vo vodn\u00fdch mlynoch na rieke Tisa a v nieko\u013ek\u00fdch vetern\u00fdch a such\u00fdch mlynoch. V roku 1859 v\u0161ak bratia P\u00e1lfyovci postavili prv\u00fd parn\u00fd mlyn na mletie papriky a zaviedli v Ma\u010farsku parn\u00e9 mletie papriky. Jej roz\u0161\u00edrenie u\u013eah\u010dila skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee ide o vonkaj\u0161ie, nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 plemeno, ktor\u00e9 sa v priebehu 25 rokov roz\u0161\u00edrilo do v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed krajiny a \u00faplne zmenilo popul\u00e1ciu o\u0161\u00edpan\u00fdch. Mangalica sa v priebehu nieko\u013ek\u00fdch gener\u00e1ci\u00ed tak dobre prisp\u00f4sobila n\u00ed\u017einn\u00fdm podmienkam, \u017ee sa stala prav\u00fdm ma\u010farsk\u00fdm plemenom, ktor\u00e9 sa vo ve\u013ekej miere pou\u017e\u00edva v <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/sk\/automatikus-vazlatvokal-rock-bisztro-bbq\/\">re\u0161taur\u00e1cie<\/a>n. Od konca 50. rokov 20. storo\u010dia v\u0161ak mangalicu za\u010dali nahr\u00e1dza\u0165 modern\u00e9 m\u00e4sov\u00e9 plemen\u00e1 a ich po\u010det sa op\u00e4\u0165 r\u00fdchlo zn\u00ed\u017eil. Jej \u013eudov\u00e9 n\u00e1zvy s\u00fa tr\u00e1vnikov\u00e1 cibu\u013ea, tr\u00e1vnikov\u00e1 tr\u00e1va a z nemeck\u00e9ho n\u00e1zvu snidling, snittling. Poch\u00e1dza zo Stredomoria a je to trvalka. Je vysok\u00e1 20 - 50 cm, m\u00e1 \u0161t\u00edhle, valcovit\u00e9 a dut\u00e9 listy. Je to bylina so silnou ar\u00f3mou, ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e1 ako dochucovadlo a pre svoju kr\u00e1snu zelen\u00fa farbu sa pou\u017e\u00edva aj na serv\u00edrovanie. Nemala by sa vari\u0165 a prid\u00e1va sa bezprostredne pred pod\u00e1van\u00edm. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee \u010derstv\u00e1 pa\u017e\u00edtka r\u00fdchlo v\u00e4dne a m\u00e1 nepr\u00edjemn\u00fa hork\u00fa chu\u0165. V su\u0161enej forme sa v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee konzumova\u0165 dlho. M\u00e1 dobr\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinok na povzbudenie chuti do jedla a v \u013eudovom lie\u010dite\u013estve sa odpor\u00fa\u010da ako \u017eal\u00fado\u010dn\u00e9 tonikum. Pou\u017e\u00edva sa najm\u00e4 na dochutenie zemiakov, fazule, hrachu, v\u00fdvarov, \u0161al\u00e1tov, pe\u010dienky, vaje\u010dn\u00fdch jed\u00e1l, sendvi\u010dov, tvarohu a m\u00e4kk\u00fdch syrov, ako aj rybac\u00edch pokrmov a om\u00e1\u010dok. #<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ma\u010farsk\u00fd v\u00fdber Bocuse d'Or<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>21. okt\u00f3bra sa v Hungexpe konalo n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 fin\u00e1le ma\u010farskej akad\u00e9mie Bocuse d'Or. V ka\u017edej sez\u00f3ne musia s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci pripravi\u0165 pokrm z dan\u00e9ho s\u00faboru ingredienci\u00ed. Nesm\u00fa vynecha\u0165 povinn\u00e9 polo\u017eky a dokonca musia do svojich jed\u00e1l zahrn\u00fa\u0165 aj ingredienciu s prekvapen\u00edm. S\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiaci mohli pou\u017ei\u0165 ak\u00fako\u013evek jej \u010das\u0165.
