100% vegan croissant with shea butter, natural flavouring or orange filling, topped with brown sugar sprinkles. Gap filler and increasingly popular!

Where did croissants come from?
Was it really the invention of a Viennese baker, as tradition has it: in 1683, to celebrate the victory over the Turks? Or was it created in 1686 by the Hungarians, or more precisely by the people of Buda, to celebrate the victory over the Turks? Either version would explain the name of the pastry and its particular crescent shape. Moreover, dedicating a pastry to the memory of their military successes has its own cultural added value, especially for the Viennese, who were very strong in pastry.
