We use as raw material the tarja sous vide product, which is high, constant quality, frozen. Its packaging makes it easy to handle, it can be used in different colours. Pleasantly spiced, lightly garlicky trays. This is the perfect way to prepare the steak. The inside is still slightly pink, but the fatty-inside parts are completely tender, leaving the meat juicy and succulent.

To prepare, simply fry the crust on the meat slices in a pan, seasoning to taste.
If you need to make more than one at a time, you can bake them in the oven at 250 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
