In keeping with tradition, Budapest will host the Central European Tourism Forum at the end of February, one of the most important tourism events in the Central European region in the year of the V4 Presidency.

The week-long event will focus on Central European tourism innovations and technological solutions. Participants will explore the potential of Europe, including Central Europe, in the field of tourism and hospitality, and focus on the opportunities to revitalise the region in the aftermath of the Coronavirus epidemic.
The event will also include the hotel industry, gastronomy, health tourism and event management. The organisers have invited renowned decision-makers and professionals from abroad and at home to discuss the most pressing issues at scientific conferences and panel discussions. The 500-600 people expected to attend the event are those who have a major impact on the recovery of tourism in Central Europe, among the first and fastest.
