In addition to these countries, the Spanish, French and Italian fish farms also supply the market in significant quantities. Farming is typically carried out in enclosed areas, which natural living environment and also makes it easier to feed them. They are mostly fed with naturally caught bulk fish.

An increasingly used fish species in our country
In Hungary, although a few years ago it was almost impossible to find golden turbinache, it is now much easier to get hold of. What is worth paying attention to is to choose a product that comes from a natural, i.e. organic farm. The most important reason for the spread of golden sea bream is that its flesh is very tasty, but it does not have a very strong fish flavour for the „sensitive” taste buds of our country. Another important feature of this fish is that it has quite large spines, making it easy to eat.

RECEPTT: Goldfinch with apples - rip-rops
The first step is to pat the gold nugget you have bought inside and out with a paper towel. Once all sides have been nicely prepared, salt them inside and out. Next comes stuffing the inside of the fish. The first step is to slice lemon rings and place them neatly into the belly of the already cleaned fish. Next, sprinkle a little thyme over the fish and then stuff it with chopped garlic. Once the fish is stuffed, it is given a fine olive oil treatment and gently rubbed through by hand.
Next comes the baking, which starts in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time is 15-25 minutes, depending on the oven and your taste.
While the fish is cooking in the oven, we prepare our salad to go with it. Ingredients: apples, cucumber, parsley, almonds, walnuts and spring onions. It is a good idea to remove the cucumber seeds with a small spoon, as they make the salad both watery and bitter. Then chop the spring onion, also 3-5 stalks to taste. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Mix and leave to stand for a few minutes. Meanwhile, chop fresh parsley and add. After this, peel the apple and chop the flesh only and add to the salad. Finally, you can add the seeds, which can be basically anything, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, even pistachios. Finally, toss with a little more olive oil to blend the flavours together nicely.
