The S.Pellegrino Young Chefs' Academy, a place where dedicated young chefs can learn from some of the most influential and respected figures in the culinary world, has opened its doors.

Today's gastronomy is at the forefront of social and environmental change, and with the launch of the S.Pellegrino Young Chefs Academy, they want to create a generation of chefs who not only adapt but also lead the way in environmentally conscious practices, setting an example not only for the profession but for society as a whole.

The Academy, which grew out of the S.Pellegrino Young Chefs Competition, has an educational focus and aims to create a unique workshop where youth and experience can come together to support the next generation of chefs. With applicants from over 70 countries, the selection process is based on talent alone, regardless of ethnicity, gender, geographical distance or any other external factor. All chefs selected for the Young Chefs Competition automatically become students of the Academy.

Some of the world's greatest chefs, Enrico Bartolini, Massimo Bottura, Manu Buffara, Andreas Caminada, Mauro Colagreco, Gavin Kaysen and Clare Smyth, are among the first to join the project and participate in the training, so the Academy's digital timetable is packed with colourful webinars, interviews and debates.

Stefano Bolognese, CEO of the Sanpellegrino International Business Unit, said, „We are particularly proud of the S.Pellegrino Young Chefs Academy, which we see as the next step in our commitment to the gastronomy of the future.”
