Finally, the data that restaurateurs are obliged to provide to the NTAK has been published - details and important information can be found in our recent communication!
Zoltán Szalai, president of the NVGSZ, said that according to the laws published last summer 2022.07.01-catering establishments are obliged to provide data to the NTAK (National Tourist Information Centre).
By this date, all businesses must be registered in the NTAK system and all caterers must have catering software to provide data.
In addition, the NTAK has published what and how to send it, as well as what data and when it should be submitted.

Within 24 hours after the close of the day, this is basically traffic data and general data on guest bookings:
- order summary type (normal / cancelling / correcting);
- the order summarizer identifier (locally unique identifier);
- in case of cancellation or correction, the identifier of the order summary referred to;
- the start (first batch) and end (end of payment) of the order;
- payment method(s) and amounts.
Information about the items ordered by the guest:
- designation;
- main category, subcategory, VAT category;
- gross unit price;
- unit of measure;
- volumes;
- lot number;
- item order date;
- gross amount of the item.
Traffic summary data:
- the date of the object day;
- the classification of the day (normal / closed on that day / day without traffic);
- opening and closing times;
- all tips.
How should it be provided?
Ideally, the data should be provided via the Internet, using software. If this is not possible, it is necessary to submit a claim, in which case they will be provided with a free softer.
