About wagyu in general

Wagyu cattle are genetically predisposed to develop an intense marbling of fat, which gives them their distinctive flavour and texture. Its high melting point fat content makes it easy to melt in the mouth and gives it a very soft and creamy texture, which enriches the flavour of the meat, as it carries a wide range of fat-soluble flavours. For the same reason, it requires special attention during cooking. The depth and complexity of its flavour can be enhanced by different seasoning and cooking methods, while preserving its original characteristics. Bred in Japan four main varieties are Tajima, Matsusaka, Ōmi, and Kobe. Each variety has its own particular characteristics and flavour profile. It's important to remember that it's not only good served as a steak! They are excellent for Tatars, carpaccio-k and even original Japanese dishes like sukiyaki or shabu-shabu so we won't bother you any further!  

Flavours of Italy

The fresh, with black truffles enriched wagyu steak with Italian cuisine brings you the luxury of. Its earthy aroma perfectly complements the rich flavours of wagyu. Pair with fresh pasta or a light arugula salad for a truly authentic Italian experience.
