Tagliatelle is a traditional Italian pasta: long and wide in shape, ranging from 6.5 mm to 10 mm wide. It is a great base for delicious and quick-to-prepare dishes.

Ingredients:

Csirloin fillet

Olive oil

Garlic

Forest mushroom mixture

Cooking cream

Salt, thyme,

white pepper

Tagliatelle

Parmesan

Preparation:

Put the lightly salted pasta cooking water on to boil. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and fry them in a little olive oil. Add a little chopped garlic, salt and pepper and season with fresh thyme. Add the cream to taste, bring to the boil and pour the pasta straight over it. Toss slightly and then hit it all at once. Using a vegetable peeler, shred the parmesan over it.
