The best mangalica breeders and products, live mangalica, locally made mangalica delicacies await us in the centre of the capital, in Szabadság Square on 18-20 March, with free entry!
Visitors can meet directly with breeders and producers from all over the country and buy their products. There will also be locally roasted whole pigs and a range of mangalica dishes. In addition to the classic dishes of sausages, sausages, pork chops and onion blood, the food trucks will be equipped with the latest technology to prepare mangalica street food, a quick and easy way to eat mangalica, even from your hands.
The products offered at the festival come from herds controlled by the National Association of Mangalica Breeders.
The curiosity of the event is also the launch of a kind of fair trade movement at home.
Visitors will be entertained by a full day of stage shows. During the day, there will be folk music programmes, fairground comedy and gastronomic demonstrations to match the festival atmosphere. #
