The great thing about crab is that you can make special, really simple and tasty dishes from it in no time. And this recipe doesn't require any skill or a lot of ingredients, so even beginner cooks can get started. Our family loves it, try it, I think it will be a regular on the table!
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg Tiger crabs
2 cloves of crushed garlic
Juice of half a lemon
Juice of half a lime
Salt, freshly ground pepper
1 dl olive oil
Fresh, or dried chilli
Fresh rosemary, coriander (can be omitted)
Preparation:
Place the thawed, cleaned crabs in a bowl and add the above-mentioned with ingredients just by hand, feel free to mix thoroughly. When you're ready, cover with cling film, refrigerate and leave to stand for about 30 minutes to allow the flavours to really come together. Next, heat up your grill pan or even the grill in your backyard and roast it for 3-4 minutes until it's nice and nice and red. While it's roasting, you can add some rosemary and fresh coriander. If time allows, put the crabs on a skewer before frying so you can surprise yourself, family or friends with an even more aesthetically pleasing meal. Serve warm with a salad and fresh vegetables. #
