When frying the sausages, care must be taken to ensure that they do not split and remain juicy enough. There are techniques for this. Of course, there are as many houses as there are sausage-making techniques. But do you really need to pierce it? Do you need water? Do we cover it or not? Should we turn it on the grill? Well, you have to do all that to get it right.

- Yes, you have to prick it to get the fat off and to get it to sink.
