In my opinion, shark steak is a really special ingredient. It's not on the menu very often, but it's very good value for money, so success is guaranteed!
Ingredients for 4 people:
40 g sweet chilli
1 dl soy sauce
10 g of food starch
Salt
Black pepper
Shark steak 4 pieces
First, the shark slices are defrosted and then marinated in a very small amount of soy sauce.
Crack the garlic cloves with the side of the knife blade. Then fry in a little olive oil and remove from the pan. Place the dry-cleaned shark slices on the remaining olive oil and fry for a few minutes on both sides until red. Be careful not to overcook, as they dry out very easily. Set the fish aside and prepare the soy sauce in the pan. To do this, put two tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce in the pan, add the soy sauce and the chopped garlic cloves. After boiling for a few minutes, thicken with a little water and a little starch. It is still hot.
