Beef sirloin is an extremely popular steak base, especially when it's a pre-cooked Australian Wagyu steak straight from Jack's Creek Farm.

Beef Tenderloin AUS Wagyu (Jack's Creek)

Preparing the beef sirloin
Wipe the beef loin dry with a paper towel after removing the wrapping. Then cut it into slices about a finger and a half thick. Place on a plate and cover with a foil wrap and leave at room temperature for about half an hour. During this time the core temperature of the slices will rise, so you will end up with perfect texture of the steak.
Heat a pan to a high temperature. Put in a few slices of meat (not too many, as the slices will not crust properly).
Fry for 2-2 minutes per side, then add a few slices of cold butter. Using a spoon, drizzle the melted butter over the top of the meat. Meanwhile salt and pepper intensively, to get the butter and the “flavour” to the in the fibres of the meat. You can serve it after a few minutes.
Bon appetit!
