The recipe for Baja hallé is the result of a tradition that goes back many years. Since we already have a recipe from Szeged on our site, we wanted to please the other camp this time!

Ingredients for 4 people:

Preparation of the Baja Hallé:

  • The kitchen ready carp horseshoe salt the slices and leave to stand for 2-3 hours.
  • Bográcsba add the salted fish and chopped onion, add the water and bring to the boil.
  • When it is bubbling, sprinkle with the red pepper, add the cherry peppers and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
  • Serve the Baja fish with the fish and pre-cooked matcha noodles.
