This is certainly the easiest and most beautiful brie fondue recipe in the world, and this time it's easy to make at home. If you use the Président one-kilo package, the whole party will be grateful, but also perfect for restaurants!

Ingredients for 6-8 people

For the cheese:

For the cranberry sauce with cranberries:

  • 50 dkg mycelium blueberries
  • 2,5 dl dry red wine
  • pinch of salt
  • 10 dkg brown sugar
  • 1 mk starch

Preparing the brie fondue:

Place the brie cheese in a cake tin lined with baking paper. Spread the top with a dice 1,5-2 cm from the edge. Sprinkle with with honey, sprinkle with chopped nuts and cashew nuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 20 minutes.

Preparing the cranberry sauce:

  • Caramelise the brown sugar in a pan, then add the cranberries. Once it has released some of its juice, pour in the red wine, add a pinch of salt and reduce until the caramel has melted. Thicken with the starch at the end.
  • Bake the baguettes at 180 °C for 5-10 minutes, then leave to cool. Then slice and fry in a pan with olive oil.
  • To serve, dip the brie fondue in the baguette, drizzle some of the homemade jam over the bites and sip a medium-bodied, dry red wine.

Enjoy your meal!
