Fry the finely chopped red onion and the grated onion in duck fat until golden brown garlic!

A sheep's milk mix with the butter and the sour cream, then to taste add salt, pepper. Add the finely chopped fresh chives and the previously prepared fried spicy onion mixture and mix well.
