With the arrival of spring, the waterfront season is underway, the terraces are opening and more and more people are looking for quick, fresh and exciting ways to get out and about. That's why we've launched our StreetFood Roadshow again this year, with a focus on streetfood trends, innovative solutions and fast, quality products for 2025. The Zen Garden - Bamboo Bistro and provided us with a wonderful venue.

The presentation with flans started - a range that fits perfectly with the street food offer, while also appealing to lovers of local flavours. This was followed by crunchy, freshly baked Aviko bites, including many News from was also presented.
The biggest hit of the event was clearly Smash Burger which we also demonstrated how to prepare, shape and serve. This extremely fresh, juicy and quick to prepare burger variation is not only an ideal choice for street food carts, but also for hotel kitchens and bistros.

Both product groups offer time-saving, kitchen-ready solutions that help address the increasingly acute labour shortage in the hospitality industry.
The hosts were again our technical chefs, Ferenc Briák and Ferenc Székely, who not only imparted product knowledge, but also helped our partners to introduce the products effectively with practical advice and serving ideas.
