Ingredients:
Eggs
Light beer
Liszt
Milk
Salt
Lemon
Oil for frying
Preparation:
First, mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the milk and eggs until frothy, then pour over the flour and mix until you have an airy dough. Then pour a little beer into the batter and mix well.
You can start heating the oil in a pan. While the pan is heating, salt the fish fillets and dip them into the batter, coating the fish all over and frying until golden brown.
Once that's done, place the fish on a plate covered with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
To prepare the side dish, heat the oil in another pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Add salt to the baked potatoes. Pile the fish and potatoes on a plate.
Serve with lemon wedges as a garnish for the perfect fish and chips.#
