If you like BBQ, steaks and quality meats, the recent First Székesfehérvár Gastronomy Fair was a canaan. The organisers of the event, Böllér Boutique: Dániel Tőkés and Betty Tőkés-Békési, brought to life a gastronomic event with a great atmosphere, which will be a landmark for the region of Fehérvár culinary life.

Large in meat
The gastronomy is basically a frenzy meat parade was. The main event of the all-day event was the amateur BBQ-competition, which provided the framework for the event. 9 teams competed in three categories. Of course, the point of the smoke baking tradition-based world, the various smokers were also a magical spectacle of the event.

Chef Dániel Tőkés, the organiser of the event, said: „For us, gastronomy is not just a profession, but life itself. My intention is to create a new gastronomy in Székesfehérvár and perhaps in the region. Best from and the coolest event on gastronomy. I believe that what we do gets results.”

In addition, the „gastronomic courtyard” in the courtyard of the Böllér Boutique also offered a wide range of delicacies for those who came to the event specifically for a gastronomic experience. The joint Böllér Boutique - farm stand was of course also present, where there was no question about the quality of the supply of meat, a wonderful artisan burger, and a festival essential gulyás sem. The sausages were provided by the Légrád Sausage Workshop, while the Parázsló team offered their best and best delicacies on their own grills and smokers. Thanks to them, the gastronomic event was a feast for vegans and vegan food could also be found. And the baked goods to accompany the various delicacies were provided by the bakery "We baked it for you".

The May Day community experience
It was a relaxed event with sparkling programmes, good vibes and BBQ smoke. No stiffness and no over-specialisation. It was a fuss-free event, rich in exciting programmes, where not only Székesfehérvár, but the whole region got the experience it had been longing for. Simply put: a great time was had by all! Without exaggeration, it can be said that this is a start, a first step that not only the profession but the whole region can look forward to. In addition to the excellent food and the BBQ competition, the programme included music, interesting professional talks and workshops. The Trabant meeting was a huge success, with young and old alike falling from one amazement to the next at the sight of the beautiful vehicles. For young and old, families, professionals, friends - in short, a great day out for almost everyone!

Quality entertainment, excellent gastronomy
The demand for quality is no longer just the prerogative of top gastronomy, but is slowly seeping into everyday life, even in the home. This has led to a strong demand for festivals that introduce people to unique gastronomic experiences and flavours. In addition, the festival has provided Fehérvár and its surrounding region with a community experience. The organisers said that seeing the success of the event, there will surely be a continuation.
