Tartare can be made not only from beef, feel free to experiment with healthy alternatives such as tuna or salmon. It is easy to prepare and healthy, as salmon is full of omega-3 fatty acids. Serve with a slice of sourdough bread, sit out on the terrace or just by the open window and enjoy the first rays.
Ingredients for 4 people:
40 dkg smoked salmon
1 whole avocado
4 dkg leeks
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp honey
1 small chilli pepper
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
The smoked salmon cut into even, half-centimetre cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and add the very finely chopped leeks. Remove the seeds from the avocado and wait until it is the same size as the salmon. Season with the grated zest of the lime, honey, salt, ground pepper and chopped chilli pepper to taste.
Make a pretty little pedestal out of the avocado, then pile the salmon mixture on top. Served with fresh bread or toast, the salmon tartare is ready and makes a really filling and healthy breakfast is our reward, this is the salmon tartare! #
