However, it is noticeable that the guests, consumers tastes have also changed in recent years. They are more open-minded, more curious about more special dishes. Beaches, buffets and restaurants are offering more and more items that they want to catch the eye. Higher demands require more thoughtful catering. Crabs are mostly found in the seas, but they also occur in freshwater. There are many species, but what we do most, are the decapod crustaceans, which can be broadly divided into two broad groups: shrimps and prawn-like long-tail crabs. The common shrimps are fished in the North Sea, sometimes in very dangerous waters. It's no coincidence that shrimping, the crew of shrimp boats, is one of the most dangerous professions. In any case, since shrimp are usually 6-10 cm, they are processed even on the boat, and by the time they land after a fishing trip, they are almost immediately sold to markets, traders and restaurants. Thanks to this fresh stocks are always available.

It is no coincidence that it has become a favourite food of seafood lovers. As we know, however. not just delicious, but like all marine life in general, it is also very healthy.

There are hardly any calories in it. With a little exaggeration, you can pack in as much as you like, as 100 g of crab will put around 120 calories into your body.

Contains minimal fat. As we know, a low-fat diet can help prevent circulatory diseases.

Low in carbohydrates. It's definitely healthy, and there's a reason why it's recommended for people who want to keep fit or lose weight.
