Chicken breast is delicious, healthy and does not put a strain on the body. And with a salad, it's a quick and easy summer dish.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 50 g vaj
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 head frisee salad
  • 2 heads of purple onion
  • 300 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 snake cucumber
  • 2 g sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • Bors

Preparation:

Season the sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brush the surface with olive oil. Heat a frying pan until smoking, place the chicken breasts in it and cover all sides with we ask. Once they have crust, put them in the oven at 150 degrees for about 12 minutes. When the time has elapsed, remove from the oven and place a couple of cubes of butter in the pan used previously with two or three sprigs of thyme and 2 cloves of peeled, crushed garlic. Leave the butter to foam, baste the chicken breasts with the spiced butter for 1-2 minutes, then set aside for a little while. Cut the washed and drained salad and vegetables into any shape you like and serve with the warm chicken breast.#
