This recipe will make even someone who has never been a fan of fish love it. Crab pots are one of the best things to put on the dinner table on a Sunday, so get out your aprons and get cracking, because they're guaranteed to be a hit with the family!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 kg carp fillets
- 1 kg potatoes
- 100 g lard
- 20 g spicy paprika
- 150 g tomatoes
- 150 g smoked bacon
- 20 g salt
- 200 g onions
- 150 g green peppers
- 350 g sour cream
Preparing the grid ponty:
- The prepared, dredge the carp fillets with thin strips of smoked bacon, season with salt and fry in a little fat.
- Cut the remaining smoked bacon into cubes, render the fat and fry the sliced red onion, peppers, tomatoes.
- Add salt and paprika to the lecho and stir in the sour cream.
- Line the greased baking pan with the peeled, peeled and sliced potatoes, then place the pre-baked fish slices on top.
- Pour the sour cream over the lecho and top with sliced potatoes again. Season each layer with salt and then drizzle with sour cream.
- Bake in a 175 °C oven until done. When ready, garnish with warm sour cream.
