For us Hungarians, I think the best spaghetti is made with cheese and sour cream, but you should also try this version with cream and salmon. Very tasty and even easier to prepare!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 40 dkg fresh salmon fillet
- 40 dkg spaghetti
- 2 dl cream
- 0,5 dl olive oil
- 4 dkg spinach
- 1,5 dl white wine
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt, pepper
- Fresh parsley greens
Preparing the spaghetti with cream and salmon:
- For the pasta, bring a pan of lightly salted water to the boil, then add the pasta and cook for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the salmon into 2×2 cm cubes.
- Slice the garlic and sauté in olive oil in a pan over a low heat, taking care not to burn.
- Then you can go onto the salmon, salt, pepper and white wine.
- Boil for a few minutes, then add the cream.
- Add the coarsely chopped parsley, the fresh spinach, and finally toss the whole thing with the cooked pasta and the salmon spaghetti is ready!
