Middle Eastern cuisine is very diverse, with a strong taste for intense flavours and a wide variety of meats. You can find everything from fresh fish to beef, lamb, goat and various poultry. I have brought you a golden durbin recipe with lots of exciting ingredients!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 pieces goldfinch
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
- Small bunch of oregano
- A bunch of parsley greens
- A pinch of ground cardamom seeds
- 10 dkg pomegranate seeds
- Four servings of steamed basmati rice
- 1 lemon
- A few slices of orange
Making the golden clutch:
- Clean the dorado thoroughly, then make three or four cuts on the side to allow the flavours to penetrate.
- Rub all the listed spices all over, the abdomenrgo to add the herbs, garlic and a few lemon wedges.
- Put it in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and leave to stand in the fridge for a few hours.
- Before baking, insert the orange slices.
- Then you can put it on the grill grate and cook it until it is nice and red.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rice as usual, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and serve.
