In an age of exploding technology and digital communication, the flow of information is constantly changing. Podcasts as a medium have exploded in recent years and have significantly transformed the way content is consumed around the world.
Flavour enhancer
Launched this spring Telex's gastronomy podcast, the Gourmet, the first season of which consists of 9 episodes. Among other things, the show will discuss why we like what we like. Why do we cook and eat what we eat in an everyday kitchen and in a restaurant? How has our relationship with food changed? Subjective gastronomic conversations recipes without the sight of food and drooling, with a catering and everyday eye: everything that is missing in today's modern gastronomy. Hosted by Bori Ács, a food journalist for Telex, and chef Márton Keve (101 Bistro), the podcast is published weekly on Tuesdays and we hope to continue it soon.

The much more professional 24.hu-branded website has many more broadcasts than the former. Filleting. To name just a few, guests have included Károly Gerendai, Jenő Rácz, Hubert Hlatky-Schlichter, Kristóf Steiner, Marcsi Borbás and Szilárd Tóth. There have been discussions on topics ranging from the sourdough bread revolution to the legitimacy of specialty coffees and the difficulties of rural hospitality. So if you want to hear first hand and know what's happening, why and how much, this is a must follow channel!
Podkost
Born under the auspices of 444!, a fortnightly Podkost is also at one season, with 12 interviews. While Filéző focuses on topical issues by interviewing the most relevant people, this channel takes a more top-down look at issues affecting the culinary world, but with no less interesting topics. We have already discussed the relationship between death and gastronomy, the problems of public catering and the the dangers of eating sushi. So they are not just for professionals, but also for students with an interest in gastronomy.
