Viva la Mexico!
Although Mexico is not represented at the European Championship, Latin food lovers will not be short of their favourite dishes. The Aviko mozzarella bites can be super in a tortilla twist sweet tomatoes, crispy iceberg lettuce, creamy avocado and some spicy chilli. It also has a nice touch of Roman cumin and lime juice, and goes really well with a light, fresh IPA style beer. If you're looking for an Italian twist on this cool little snack, serve it with a basil and lemon juice. tomato sauce and garlic olive oil!

Someone loves it hot!
Fans of spicy flavours will not be able to resist Aviko chilli, bundled cheddar cheese bites, that offer a savoury and creamy, gooey treat at the same time. This delicacy can be served with two oil-based sauces: an Italian gremolata or a South American chimichurrival. For the former, mix lemon juice and lemon zest in olive oil, garlic and finely chopped parsley, and in the latter case add oregano, fresh coriander, chilli flakes, garlic, shallots and some red wine vinegar to the olive oil. For those who like to dunk, add a few slices of fresh baguette you can add to the plate. Serve with a classic lager, chilled almost to ice!

Potatoes are not boring
The Aviko sweet potato runner beans Not only are they perfectly crispy, dipping delights, but you can easily build a light yet complete summer salad with this great product. To the freshly cooked hash browns, add feta cheese, black olives, cocktail tomatoes, fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar cream. It's good on its own, but it's also a great garnish for roasted vegetables or a slice of grilled they die is. It goes well with a casual spritzer made from fresh, reductive wine.

This summer's restaurant hits are going to be stir-fried pickled vegetables! No, not a misnomer: anyone who has tasted fried pickled cucumbers or fried pickled courgettes will know what a taste sensation this genre is! And to go with the fried potatoes, you need a good baked potato, which is why we recommend Aviko boat potatoes. It can hold an amazing amount of sauce, creating a great experience for our guests. Add garlic and herb sour cream or a light tzatziki and you have a creative tapas plate with traditional flavours.
