Steaks are a real festive feast, but we also like to make them on a normal Tuesday. There's hardly a side dish that doesn't suit it, but with this exciting sauce and potatoes, you're guaranteed a memorable meal!
Ingredients:
- beef sirloin steak grill steak cutlet 200g/db
- Aviko fresh potatoes
- Frishili animal 20% cooking cream
- Romi frying oil
- bags of rose pepper
- salt
- white pepper
- fresh garlic
- worchester
- fresh parsley
- fresh spring onions
Preparing the steaks:
A steaks salt and sprinkle with Worchester sauce. Spread them on a hot baking tray, then place in the oven and cook as desired. Crackle the rose pepper in the hot pan and cook with the animal cooking cream. Season with salt and pepper , then once the sauce has the right consistency add fresh parsley and spring onions. Smash the potatoes and fry them in hot oil, then season with salt and white pepper.
