Preparation:

Line an ovenproof dish with baking paper. Cut the vegetables into roughly equal pieces, leaving the cocktail tomatoes and garlic cloves whole. Drizzle with olive oil, season with the grilled vegetable seasoning and a spoonful or two of honey.

Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper and brush with soft butter. Place on top of the vegetables, cut the lemon into wedges and place next to it.

Bake in a 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the fish with the juice of the roasted lemon.
