- Mango cube DARTA
- Frischli Yoghurt natural UHT 3,5%
- Mascarpone cheese from Szarvas
- Honey
- Oatmeal
- Walnut
- Hazelnuts
- Dried fruit
- Butter 82% Belgian
- Salt
- Cranberries GastroGarden
- Cinnamon ground Kotányi gastro
Preparation:
Melt the honey and butter in a pan, add the coarsely chopped seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Place the mixture in a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. While still warm, add the chopped dried fruit.
Blend the mango cubes with a little yoghurt and a little honey in a blender until smooth, then add 1 large tablespoon of mascarpone, and process with a whisk.
Layer the homemade granola and creamy mango smoothie in a glass, garnish with fresh mint and blueberries.#
