The guest chef of this month's issue of print Panorama was Mátyás Szik Szik, who has won the national championship of the Hungarian Sommelier Association three times in recent years, thus becoming the perpetual champion. Mátyás - as a regular barbecue enthusiast - was asked by our editorial team to test BENS’ crabs on an OFYR oven and to recommend a matching wine.
