Summer is almost over, but don't let the barbecue go to waste just yet. Now I've got a recipe that's guaranteed to make a really tasty, buttery, juicy chicken breast steak.

Ingredients for 4 people:

80 dkg chicken breast

10 g salt

2 g pepper

1,5 dl natural yoghurt

4 sprigs fresh thyme

Preparing the chicken breast steaks:

Put the chicken breasts in a bowl, pour the yoghurt over them, then season with salt and pepper, and massage well. Once this is done, place the chicken breasts in 4 vacuum-cooked bags and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the flavours to blend and the yoghurt to do its goodness. Then place them in a sous vide bath at 62 degrees for 60 minutes. Before the cooking time is up heat up your barbecue, or heat up a casserole and add the chickens. In a couple of minutes, you'll have a beautiful red crust, and you can add the fresh thyme. Thanks to our sous vide process, the meat will be perfectly tender and succulent.

Serve with grilled vegetables or any kind of salad can be added.#
