Salmon steaks are one of the healthiest things you can have for lunch or dinner. It's full of important vitamins, it's filling, but it's not uncomfortably filling. If a balanced meal is important to you, this fish will be a regular on your plate!

Preparing the salmon steaks:

  • Cut the onion into thin slices, chop the cocktail tomatoes
  • Heat a pan until smoking
  • The salmonseason the fillet salt, pepper and fry in olive oil for a few minutes, skin side down. For the first few seconds, you can safely press the fish down so that the heat hits the skin evenly on all sides
  • Add a cube of butter, freshly squeezed lemon juice and gently turn the fish
  • Bake for a few minutes longer, taking care not to dry out during the baking. When ready, serve with the fresh salad
