Salmon steaks are one of the healthiest things you can have for lunch or dinner. It's full of important vitamins, it's filling, but it's not uncomfortably filling. If a balanced meal is important to you, this fish will be a regular on your plate!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 80 dkg salmon fillet
- 40 g butter
- 1 lemon
- 100 g bird salad
- 1 head of purple onion
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 dl olive oil
- Salt
- Bors
Preparing the salmon steaks:
- Cut the onion into thin slices, chop the cocktail tomatoes
- Heat a pan until smoking
- The salmonseason the fillet salt, pepper and fry in olive oil for a few minutes, skin side down. For the first few seconds, you can safely press the fish down so that the heat hits the skin evenly on all sides
- Add a cube of butter, freshly squeezed lemon juice and gently turn the fish
- Bake for a few minutes longer, taking care not to dry out during the baking. When ready, serve with the fresh salad
