It's the easiest burrito recipe ever, and it's the perfect way to bring a little Mexican flair to your game. It's quick and easy to make, so not only your guests, but the host will love it too. Just make sure the beer is cold enough...
Ingredients for 5 people:
- 1 package chilli beans
- 1 package tortilla
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 kg grated mozzarella
- 1 large bucket of sour cream
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 lime
- 1 bunch fresh coriander/parsley
Preparing the burrito:
- Preheat the oven to 180C, while you prepare the chilli babot. With this, you will have practically nothing to do but to stir constantly in a suitable pot heat up.
- Once heated, pile about 10-10 dkg onto tortilla sheets spread out on the counter.
- Sprinkle with the same amount of grated mozzarella and roll them up tightly like pancakes.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, close together.
- Mix 250 g sour cream with 1 clove of grated garlic, salt to taste and spread on top of the burritos.
- Sprinkle it well with the grated mozzarella and bake in the preheated oven until the cheese on top is browned.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice, a sprinkle of fresh coriander or parsley. The remaining sour cream and garlic can be used to make a dipping sauce with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
- To complete the Mexican atmosphere, I recommend a tequila as an apperitif!
Enjoy your meal!
