Sleeping Beauty wakes up from her sleep to find hospitality in full swing. If the opening week is coupled with good weather, the result will be a foregone conclusion for everyone. It's important not only to prepare for the opening with staff, marketing and menu, but also to stock up on the necessary supplies in time. Think about the fact that the manufacturing industry has been on a production rhythm for some time. There are so many animals in the barns, they are processing as many as they can safely sell. Everybody is bleeding out, the processors have suffered the shutdown, many have gone out of business, they have closed down, nobody is taking any risks. As soon as demand increases dramatically, there will surely be supply disruptions on the fresh produce front and prices will skyrocket. We already know we are a hair's breadth away from opening.
NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!
It is also worth looking at things from the Matusz-Vad perspective. Our company has gone from 270 employees to just under 200. We are recruiting and training our new staff, but it is not happening overnight. It is also possible that, when we reach our maximum daily capacity, we will have to stop taking orders for that day, because we do not want to see orders taken late and not at the service level we are used to. With all this in mind, I strongly recommend that you do not try to order everything at once during peak times!

ORDER IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE SAFE CARE!
Our stock is in good shape, we have full warehouses, with more than 2 billion worth of stock waiting to open. We have all the high quality products with the right shelf life to contribute to your business success. There will be no shortage of frozen goods, but I wouldn't dare say the same for fresh.
We are watching the news, Orban's speeches on Friday and the government communications that are coming in. My personal belief is that we are not far from opening and after six months people are hungry for some real hospitality.
I hope we will be able to meet all our old dear Partners again. In our 27 years of operation, we have been blessed with many friendships from our partners, but sadly we have seen some of them give up. They could not cope with the financial burden, or for some other reason they were unable to do so. Our heart goes out to all restaurateurs who have made this their profession and to all the businesses they have worked so hard to build over the decades!
The battle against the virus has been fought, the only way up is up! See you soon! 🙂
